The day
We kindly ask you to read all the details of our big day below!
Arrive at Braxted Park Estate, Great Braxted, Essex, CM8 3EN at 3pm. For those that are driving there is a car park on the left side of entrance.
We get married at 4:15pm! Please make sure you are here in plenty of time.
After our ceremony at 5pm, please join us for a celebratory drink! We also would love some picutres with everyone in the garden.
At 6pm, we have got various street food vans turning up so feel free to help yourself to any or all of the food. Try it all!
At 7:30pm, get your dancing shoes on as our live band will start & join us on our first dance together.
Book your taxis because at 12pm it’s home time! We hope you enjoy the day as much as we will!
Our Story
A wild night at a full moon party in Bangkok & thousands of miles travelled together later, we finally can tie the knot.
The Venue
Braxted Park is one of the most beautiful exclusive use wedding venues in Essex, close to Colchester, Braintree and Chelmsford. A magnificent country house surrounded by a 500-acre wooded estate, it offers a choice of exquisite locations for both indoor and outdoor, religious and civil ceremonies. It also has luxury accommodation for the couple and their family and friends.

A few little requests from us so we can make it a special day for us and everyone attending!
We politely ask that no children under the age of 10 attend!
Our day will finish at 11:30pm & we all have to leave Bardfield Estate by 12pm to adhere to their policies.
We also have a rough colour scheme for our guests! We would love to see you dress in bright pastel colours fitting for a summer wedding. We can’t wait to see you all looking great on our wedding day.

The Day
We get married! - 3:30PM
We ask for all our guests to arrive to the venue atleast 30 minutes prior to our ceremony starting. Enjoy our cocktail drink (smith sourz) on arrival.
Photos and drinks - 4:15pm
We want pictures with everyone to remember our special day. Please help yourself at the bar to all the unique cocktails we’ve made for the day and we will come get you to take photos.
Celebratory drinks and garden games - 4:45pm
It’s due to be beautiful weather on our wedding day, so we have got loads of fun garden games we can all compete in as the families are so competitive.
BBQ style dinner - 5:45pm
We have hired Only Halls & Smoke for the evening dinner. Treat yourself to their famous smash burgers, luxury hotdogs, loaded fries, slow cooked ribs, spicy chicken wings & all the typical BBQ sides like salad, slaw, couscous & more.
Evening guest arrive and party! - 7pm
As the rest of our guests arrive , we hope to pack out the dance floor to a night of all of our favourite music.
Home time - 11:45pm
