About Your Wedding Website.
How much does a wedding invitation website cost?
Our bespoke Full Day Wedding Invitation Website costs £99.99, regardless of how many guests you’re inviting. If you need separate Day and Evening invitation websites, a matching Evening Invitation can be added for £30.
What's included in our £99.99 wedding website?
Your wedding website can include your wedding date and venue, countdown, online RSVP, meal choices, dietary requirements, accommodation, taxis and travel, FAQs, gift information, photos, your story and everything else your guests need for your day.
Your website is professionally designed around your wedding — there are no templates or DIY website builders.
How long does it take to create our wedding website?
Once we’ve received everything we need to begin, we aim to have your first draft ready within 5–10 working days. From there, we’ll work with you on any amendments until you’re happy with your website.
Don’t have all your wedding information yet? That’s absolutely fine — details can be added as your plans develop.
Do we need everything planned before ordering?
Not at all. You can order your wedding website while your plans are still coming together. Give us everything you know so far and we can add or update information as your wedding plans develop.
Is there a limit on how many guests can use our website?
No. Whether you’re inviting 45 guests or 450, there is no guest limit and the price of your wedding website doesn’t change. Guests can access your invitation from anywhere in the world.
Design & Changes.
Can our wedding website match our theme and colours?
Absolutely. Every wedding website is designed around you. We can incorporate your colours, venue, stationery, flowers, theme, style and personality to create a website that feels completely part of your wedding.
Do you use wedding website templates?
No. We don’t ask you to choose a template or build the website yourself. Our designers create your wedding website around your wedding, using your colours, ideas, style and information to create something completely yours.
Can we show you designs we like?
Yes. Send us your Pinterest boards, wedding stationery, colour palettes, venue photos, mood boards or examples of designs you love. We’ll use them as inspiration when creating your own bespoke wedding website.
Can we make changes after seeing our first draft?
Of course. Your first draft is exactly that — a first draft. Once you’ve seen your website, you can let us know any changes you’d like and we’ll work with you to get everything looking and feeling right.
Can our website be updated after we've sent it to guests?
Yes. Unlike a printed invitation, your wedding website can evolve with your plans. If timings, accommodation, menus, taxis, FAQs or other details change, we can update your website right through to your wedding day.
Online Wedding RSVP.
How does an online wedding RSVP work?
Your wedding website includes a personalised online RSVP form that guests can complete from their phone, tablet or computer.
As well as asking whether they’re attending, we can collect meal choices, dietary requirements, plus-one details, song requests, accommodation information and almost any custom question you need.
Where do our RSVP responses go?
Each completed RSVP is sent directly to an email address of your choice, making it easy to keep track of responses as they arrive.
What questions can we ask on our wedding RSVP?
Almost anything you need. Common RSVP questions include attendance, meal choices, dietary requirements, plus-one names, song requests, accommodation, transport and whether guests are attending different parts of your wedding.

Can we have separate Day and Evening invitations and RSVPs?
Yes. We can create separate Day and Evening versions of your wedding website, each with the information and RSVP questions relevant to those guests. A matching Evening Invitation can be added to your Full Day Website for £30.
Sharing & Guest Information.
How do we send our wedding website to guests?
Once your website is ready, we’ll give you your unique wedding website link. You can send it to guests by WhatsApp, text, email or any messaging platform.
You can also use a QR code on printed wedding stationery, giving guests a quick way to open your website and RSVP online.
Can we still send printed wedding invitations?
Absolutely. Digital and printed invitations can work beautifully together. Our Matching Printed Invitations can be designed to complement your wedding website and include a QR code taking guests directly to your online invitation and RSVP.
Can we add accommodation, taxis and travel information?
Yes. Your website can include recommended hotels, booking links, addresses, travel information, parking details, local taxi numbers and even flight or transfer information for destination weddings.
This gives guests one place to find everything they need when planning their trip.
Can we add our gift list or honeymoon fund?
Yes. We can link directly to your gift registry, honeymoon fund or other gift information. We can also add links to hotels, venues, travel providers, menus, social media and other useful websites.
Extras & Add-Ons
Can we add extras after we've ordered?
Yes. If you decide you’d like to add the Guest Photo Gallery, Audio Guest Book or another available extra after placing your order, just contact us. We’ll add it to your order and send you a payment link.
What is the Wedding Guest Photo Gallery?
Our Guest Photo Gallery gives your guests a simple way to upload the photos they capture throughout your wedding day. They scan your unique QR code and upload directly to your private gallery, giving you all those brilliant moments you might otherwise never see.
What is an Audio Guest Book?
Our Audio Guest Book lets your guests pick up the phone, hear your personalised greeting and leave a voice message after the beep. Your messages are stored for you to listen back to after your wedding — and the Audio Guest Book package is yours to keep.
