Can our invite website match the style & theme of our wedding?

Can we have separate invites for day & evening guests?
Yes you can have separate invites. If you have guests invited to the full day and guests invited only to the evening party, we can create separate invites with different information and RSVP.
How do we share our wedding invite?
There’s a couple of ways you can share your wedding invite website with your guests. After completion of your invite you will receive your unique website link which you can simply copy and paste into any messenger app like Whatsapp, iMessage, Text and all social media messenger platforms. Your guests will be able to use that link to access your invite from anywhere in the world.
We also create a digital invite/ save the date image which you can send alongside your unique link.
We can also create a QR code which will link directly to your wedding invite which can be used for printed stationery like our fridge magnet invites.
How does an online RSVP work?
Your online RSVP is a bespoke made form that includes the common questions of full name, yes or no to attending, dietary requirements and questions or comments for the couple.
We can also include any unique questions you might want like food menu options, family member RSVP, plus ones, song requests, hotel choices and anything else.
How do we see the RSVP responses?
After each guest submits your RSVP, the response will be sent to an email address of your choice with a subject line “COUPLES NAMES* WEDDING RSVP” to make finding each response easily searchable in your inbox.
Is there a limit on how many guests can use our invite?
No limit at all! One of the many benefits of a wedding invitation website is, if you are having 45 guests or 450 guests, the price and ease your wedding invite doesn’t change. All your guests can access your wedding invitation at any time, from anywhere in the world.
How long is the order & build process?
Our typical timeframe from receiving your order to completing the build of your wedding invite can vary depending on the amount of edits, changes and additions after the first draft. We aim for 5-10 working days.
Of course, a benefit of an invitation website is, if you don’t have all the information ready at the time of ordering with us, we can add as we go so in this instance your invite will take longer to build.
Can we still use paper invites alongside a website?
You may still want to use paper wedding invites alongside your invitation website. We can create a QR code that links directly with your invite website so you still hand out the traditional invites but get RSVP’s online.
